All Hands Meetings
I support the Chief Member Experience Officer (CMXO) in implementing virtual All Hands Meetings for the Member Experience teams consisting of 180+ employees. In preparation, I design and launch a form via Teams to collect topics of interest and specific questions from Associates. The responses assist me in content creation and ensuring the information presented is relevant and engaging.
Internal Newsletter
I work closely with the Executive Management Team in planning, writing, designing, and launching a quarterly newsletter for all staff at Orange County's Credit Union. It covers progress made towards enterprise goals and strategic initiatives that are set at the beginning of each year.
Employee Engagement Surveys
Utilizing Teams, I develop and deploy employee engagement surveys to gauge employee sentiment and satisfaction of the Member Experience teams, totaling over 180 employees. Insights of the surveys support the CMXO in (1) addressing concerns and needs of Associates as the Credit Union navigates through change and (2) fostering two-way communication.
